Relacore

What is Relacore?
When you think of belly fat, you probably automatically think of Relacore. After all, all its commercials at one point in time showed you those kinds of claims, and everybody has heard of Relacore. If you never watch TV, maybe you haven’t. But they are also highly advertised or at least were in stores like GNC, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and other big stores. They claim to eliminate belly fat by reducing cortisol buildup within the body, which is a stress hormone.
History of Relacore
The reason why we say that Relacore used to do all of these things is because they were censured by the FTC for making false and unsubstantiated claims about a serious medical condition. Yes, that kind of cortisol buildup is actually a rare and quite serious medical condition. How rare? Maybe 1% of the population actually suffers from it. This being said, they’ve taken it down a notch, now claiming to reduce fat by reducing stress in general.
Benefits
To be honest, we don’t really see benefits with Relacore. It could be that they started out with such scam like claims, leaving nothing legitimate for you to count on. It could be the fact that they don’t actually have any weight loss ingredients, mostly just sleep aids and those that are supposed to relax you. You don’t lose weight by using a sleep aid! Otherwise, things like Ambien would be the best weight loss supplements out there besides their tendency to cause addiction!
Possible side effects
Side effects are unlikely with Relacore
Conclusion
We would not recommend using Relacore. It may have been the most popular cortisol based products of its time. But that does not mean that it works. Frankly, we have not actually seen a cortisol product that did work. So Relacore certainly isn’t alone. This being said, we would definitely recommend that you find a more legitimate alternative, as luckily there are plenty out there.
